José Ignacio Torreblanca is Professor of Political Science at UNED University in Madrid and Head of the European Council on Foreign Relations, Madrid Office.

The talk will be followed by a discussion with Sudhir Thomas Vadaketh, Singaporean writer and author of Floating on a Malayan Breeze: Travels in Malaysia and Singapore.
