Harvard Prize Book 2019/2020
January 11, 2020 @ 8:30 am - 11:50 am SMT

The event kicks off with the Harvard Prize Book ceremony and an explanation of HUAAS’s Prize Book criteria (sustained altruism, caring). This year, recipients from over two dozen participating junior colleges, polytechnics and ITEs will be awarded the Prize Books. Several recipients have been selected to share about their service projects, motivation and insights.
This is followed by a Panel discussion on the theme of fostering altruism. The panelists include:
The final segment comprises networking and breakout discussions – there are five themes to choose from: (1) youth & children, (2) elderly, (3) healthcare and disabilities, (4) environment and sustainability, (5) community building. Each breakout will be facilitated by a panelist and/or Harvard alumnus and past year’s Prize Book recipients. We hope our alumni, parents and educators will find the intimate discussions and networking with like-minded people to be useful.
Our alumni are welcome. Please RSVP by Wednesday (8 Jan) 6pm: [email protected] / [email protected]
We are expecting over 100 attendees.
