[Postponed] Fact or Fad? Nutrition in 2020

February 20, 2020 @ 6:45 pm - 9:30 pm SMT

Whether you want to gain muscle, lose fat, or prevent disease, having a solid diet is a cornerstone of success. But with internet overload, how do you know you haven’t fallen into the ‘fake news’ of nutrition science?

Come hear from experts who can help you separate fact from fiction when exploring diets and nutrition. You will learn about what makes good science, how to create a personalized plan, and if you should be plant-based, a carnivore, or just fast!

This event is co-organized by the Columbia Alumni Association of Singapore and the Penn & Wharton Club of Singapore.
