Join us for an exhilarating 90-minute workshop that combines physical activity with cognitive training in an engaging and interactive format!
This unique workshop is designed to improve motor skills, boost memory, sharpen executive function, increase processing speed, and develop visuospatial skills. Best of all, it is accessible to participants of all fitness levels, ensuring that everyone can join in the fun and challenge themselves.
You can also choose to have a 20 minute initial personal consultation after the session.
