125 members, their families, and guests from across Singapore enjoyed an entertaining, high-spirited evening of performance and undergraduate hijinks from Harvard College’s premier co-ed a cappella singing group when The Harvard Club of Singapore presented The Harvard Din & Tonics at the historic NCO Club on the evening of Tuesday July 21st.
With over 20 Harvard and Harvard-affiliated schools and alumni organizations in attendance, a boisterous crowd enjoyed drinks, passed canapés, conversation and cameraderie, with the seasoned musicianshp and undergraduate antics of The Dins, who while being hosted by Club families for the duration of their stay, went on to help raise $800,000 for Singapore’s Pathlight School at a charity performance the following weekend.
Said one guest of The Dins performance at The NCO Club in a LinkedIn post: “The combination of great music, good company, and a wonderful venue made for a genuinely memorable evening” and “Genuinely one of the best live performances I’ve seen in a long time.”
